I’ve been carrying a lot. Work, family, everything. I didn’t think there was anything out there built for someone like me. MindButler pointed me to Black Men Heal in about two minutes. First appointment booked the same week.
Available 24/7. You don’t have to be on the edge to reach out. If you’re struggling, that’s enough.

Sage isn’t a chatbot giving clinical advice. Sage is a guide — here to listen to where you are and point you toward real, curated resources that fit your situation. No judgment. No agenda. Just a path forward.
MindButler is a human-curated directory of mental and emotional wellness resources — organized by how you’re feeling, the community you belong to, and the kind of support you’re looking for.
We are not a therapy platform. We are not an AI chatbot. We are not a crisis line. We are the navigation layer that helps you find what actually exists — so you’re not alone in the search.
MindButler was built to help people find the resources and tools that support their mental and emotional wellbeing — more easily, and more quickly than they could on their own.
The founder spent hours during a difficult personal season searching for help — through Google, AI tools like ChatGPT, and app stores — and experienced firsthand how overwhelming, time-consuming, and inadequate those platforms can be. MindButler was built as a better answer.
It was designed especially for communities that have historically had the hardest time finding culturally relevant, trustworthy resources: Black and African Diaspora, Hispanic and Latino, Veterans, Teens, Parents and Caregivers, and people whose faith is central to their healing. And it is open to everyone.
Every resource on MindButler is reviewed against seven criteria before it’s listed. We don’t index the internet. We make choices.
Clinically sound or professionally endorsed
Accessible — free, low-cost, or clearly priced
Community-appropriate for the people we serve
Active — not abandoned, outdated, or defunct
Safe — no predatory practices or misleading claims
Culturally responsive where applicable
Reviewed by a licensed professional where possible
We say this clearly because it matters — for your safety and for ours.
